Returns & Refunds


NutJob are happy to exchange or refund goods if they are returned within 30 days of date of delivery provided that they remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all of their contents intact.

If the goods are faulty, contact us here and we will work to quickly replace the faulty item(s) for you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or you have ordered the wrong item, you can return your order to NutJob for a full refund within 30 days of receipt provided the return meets with the criteria outlined in this policy. 

Please note: for returned goods that have been used we will be unable to provide a refund.


If the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, DO NOT SIGN FOR THE ORDER. If upon opening the parcel the purchased product is damaged, please follow the steps outlined below to take advantage of our 30 day returns policy. More information on our delivery policy can be found here.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  1. Log into your NutJob account
  2. Select “Completed” from the list of options to view your previously completed orders. 
  3. Select “Return Request” 
  4. Select the item you wish to return, and enter the quantity you wish to return. 
  5. Proceed to the next step, and take note of your RMA number.

Please take care to package the item(s) carefully; goods must arrive in an unused condition for the refund to be issued. If you return goods that have been used we will be unable to provide a refund, (e.g. no open blister packs please). You will need to write your RMA number on the outside of the return package. The address to return the package to is listed in the table below.
NutJob do not cover the cost of return postage. However we do recommend you use the postal services highlighted in the table below.

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfilment centre (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will work to expedite your refund as soon as possible. This could take up to 7 days to appear in your account, depending on your original method of payment. NutJob will refund the full purchase price of the returned item(s) excluding postage.

Please note: All returns must be returned to us by post to the address provided. We do not  accept returns that are made by drop off as we are an online store only and do not have collection or drop off facilities 


Once we receive your item, we’ll get to work on processing your return as fast as possible. If your return meets the requirements outlined above, we’ll process a refund for the item(s) back to your original method of payment within 3 working days. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is received otherwise than in accordance with our outlined requirements.
