HOW DO I ORDER PARTS FROM NUTJOB?

NutJob is an online business only and all orders must be processed through our website(s). If you have any questions or concerns about any of our products please do not hesitate to contact us before you make your purchase. Our office hours are 08:30 – 17:30 GMT, Monday to Friday. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Should you wish to cancel an order please contact us immediately. Unfortunately If your order has left our depot, it cannot be cancelled.

 

WHAT IF THE ORDERED ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

NutJob strive to ensure that we have reasonable access to every bike part listed on our site in Ireland, however a small number of the parts listed on our site are sourced internationally. You will be notified immediately if there is a possibility of any delays with your order due to supply or stock issues.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY POLICY?

NutJob endeavour to deliver your products to you within 5 working days of your order, where this is practical. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are beyond our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.

DO I GET A GUARANTEE WITH THE PRODUCT?

A limited one year warranty is provided and is applied to all our bike parts, and warrant these parts to be free from defects in workmanship and material. Liability will under no circumstances exceed the amount of its original sale or the replacement of the defective merchandise. Our warranty does not cover merchandise failure due to abuse, misuse, improper installation, improper maintenance, improper and unauthorised repairs, alterations or modification. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any freight charges, the cost of parts removal, consequential or subsequent damages, or normal wear and tear. If you feel your product may have a defect, please contact us immediately. 

 

WHAT IF AN ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?

At the time of delivery you may be required to sign for the delivery of the Products from the courier, after which time the products become your responsibility. NutJob recommends that you thoroughly inspect your parcel prior to sign off – if the parcel is visibly damaged, do not sign for the order. Please immediately contact us immediately report any damages or defects with your order.

 

WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?

NutJob are happy to exchange or refund goods if they are returned within 30 days of date of delivery provided that they remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all of their contents intact. Please click here to view the NutJob 30 Day Returns Policy in full. 

 

HOW TO I PAY FOR PARTS?

On our Checkout, we accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Solo and Mastercard We also accept PayPal payments. NutJob do not accept payment by check, bank transfer, draft, postal order or any other payment method not listed above.

HOW DOES NUTJOB PREVENT FRAUD?

To ensure that credit card details are correct, NutJob will take steps to verify your identity with payment processors. All personal details are transmitted to Stripe Payments. This transmission is 128-bit-encrypted XML and is not human-readable, having only the highest standards of security for you, our customer.

WHAT PARTS DOES NUTJOB SELL?

NutJob retails Genuine Honda Motorcycle and ATV parts direct from Honda as well as a range of other various accessories for your motorcycle.

 

ARE THE PARTS NEW OR SECOND-HAND?

NutJob Bike parts and accessories are brand new and have never been used. NutJob will never sell you a used part. 

 

ARE NUTJOB PARTS SPURIOUS OR OE PARTS?

NutJob supply both spurious and Original Equipment (OE) parts. We ensure that all our spurious parts are of matching quality to OE parts.

 

DOES NUTJOB FIT OR PAINT PARTS?

NutJob is an online business only so unfortunately we do not paint or fit any parts. We recommend you take great care when fitting a part and always consult an expert first. 

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM BUYING ONE OR MULTIPLE PRODUCTS?

The majority of our products are sold as individually, however in the case of some parts such as discs or pads they are sold in pairs or sets. This will be clearly stated either in the product description or title.

 

WHAT DOES QUANTITY MEAN IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION?

Quantity or quantity required refers to the number of that item your Bike has or requires. It does not refer to the quantity of the product.
